splitting rent when nobody pays the same share

3 of us, 3 different room sizes, one has the parking space, and one moved in 6 weeks after the lease started. splitwise is fine for groceries but rent is the thing we keep arguing about, because its the same argument every month with slightly different numbers. want to set the shares once as percentages not an equal split and then never think about it again. bills that arrive in one persons name, someone paying the whole thing and being owed, someone away for a month. normal flat stuff.
