quotes that pull from the deal instead of me retyping it

every quote starts from a blank doc even though the deal already has the products, the quantities and the price we talked about on the call. so I retype it, and about 1 in 8 goes out with a number that doesnt match whats in the pipeline. our tool makes a pdf from a board record which sounds fine until you notice it doesnt share a catalogue with the deal and knows nothing about tax in two countries. so we do the maths in a spreadsheet, paste it in, hope. catalogue, deal, quote, invoice. should just be the same numbers moving forward one step at a time
