which of our subscriptions has nobody opened

we pay for 11 tools. im fairly sure 2 of them havent been opened since the person who wanted them left last year. cant prove it without asking everyone and asking everyone gets polite answers not true ones. the sso logs know. something that reads them and shows last login per tool per person would pay for itself in one renewal cycle.
