reporting across projects without going up two tiers

one dashboard on the basic plan. five on the next one up. we have 9 projects and all I want is one view of whats blocked across all of them, which is apparently an enterprise conversation. meanwhile I rebuild it in a spreadsheet every monday from csv exports, which the plan does allow, so the limit isnt protecting anything except the upgrade path.
