a pile of paper receipts into something tax ready

digital receipts are fine, they sit in gmail and I label them. its the paper ones. jacket, car, a drawer, theres a gift bag by the front door with maybe 30 in it, and then in march I lose a weekend. every app wants me to photograph each one as it happens which is exactly the habit I do not have and am not going to develop. what would actually work is the opposite. let me dump 40 on a table, take one photo, have it split them up, pull the date and amount, flag whatever it cant read. expensify does the one at a time thing well but its built for someone getting reimbursed by an employer, not someone writing off their own stuff once a year.
