I record interviews im not allowed to upload to someone elses server. the offline options Ive tried are either a research repo with a readme that assumes a lot, or a paid app that turns out to upload anyway once you read the settings. want a normal app. drop in a file, get a transcript with the speakers separated, nothing leaves the machine.
