it says it syncs. what it does is create duplicate customers with slightly different names, misfile anything with a partial payment, and skip credit notes without telling anyone. every quarter I spend a saturday undoing it. at this point Id rather have a sync that refuses to guess. show me the 12 rows youre not sure about, let me pick, then write. slow and correct beats fast and wrong when its the books.
