one inbox for the 4 tools my team lives in

email, slack, the helpdesk, comments in the project tool. 4 places something can be sitting waiting for me and the only way to know is to check all 4. so I check all 4 constantly and thats basically where the day goes. everything that says it solves this wants to become the place we work. dont want that. want a list of things waiting on me with a link out to wherever it actually lives. read only is fine. honestly a list is fine.
