pretty sure were on the tier above the one we need. the sales conversation was 2 years ago, the feature list is 40 items long, and nobody here can tell me what wed actually lose by downgrading. just want a usage report that lines up with the pricing page. the vendor could build it in an afternoon and obviously wont, so it has to come from outside.
