every morning 6 people say what they did yesterday and all of it is already in the commits and the prs and the ticket moves. then someone types a summary into slack that nobody reads. draft it from the tools and let people correct it. the point of standup was never the reciting, its the wait youre doing that too moment, and wed get there faster if the recap was already on the screen.
