what is my actual hourly rate after all the unpaid bits

on paper I charge 70 an hour. after fees, the hours I spend quoting, two calls that never became projects and an invoice I wrote off last year, I genuinely dont know what the real number is. suspect its bad. want to log time against everything including the unbillable stuff and see an honest rate per client. then maybe I stop taking the one who pays fine but eats 6 hours a month on calls about nothing
