new person started monday. the setup guide is from 2023 and 3 of its steps are wrong, so they spent a day and a half in dms asking us things we all know and nobody has written down correctly. what would help is the doc knowing its stale. this page describes a service that got renamed, this command doesnt exist anymore. test the docs the way we test the code.
