a support widget that admits nobody is answering today

"typically replies in under an hour" at 9am. at 4pm im still waiting. if it had just said its a bad day expect tomorrow, Id have gone and done something else instead of checking every 20 minutes. dont really mind slow. mind being told its fast while its slow.
