tracking one order across 4 different carriers

ordered something that shipped from overseas. its been through 3 carriers so far and the tracking number changes at every handoff, so following it means finding the new number on a site thats only in one language. one page, one order, the whole chain. the info exists, its just spread across companies with no reason to care about each other.
