a contract template I can edit without breaking it

I have a decent contract a lawyer wrote for me in 2021. every project needs 2 or 3 changes to it and every time I change something im guessing about whether Ive just quietly undone something important. would like the same template with the load bearing bits marked. edit the payment terms, fine. start rewriting the IP clause, it tells me that one is holding up the roof. not legal advice, I know thats a minefield. just which bits are structural.
